The details…

In this role you will focus your energy to:

• Lead an ‘in-house’ creative agency that services organization-wide requirements including video, branding, web templates, advertising, print literature, major events, clothing, exhibitions and displays
• Use a combination of creative flair, audience and cycling insight and up-to-date knowledge of industry activity to provide a high standard of creative ideas
• Work alongside Head Of Marketing and Brand & Campaign Manager to develop a strong family of British Cycling brands including Let’s Ride, HSBC UK Breeze, Ready Set Ride and events
• Work with Brand & Campaign Manager and Content Team Leader to develop standout integrated campaigns which build brand equity, grow our sports, grow engagement and participation
• Create a strong team culture with the appetite and desire to produce great work always

All we need from you is…

• Educated to degree level, or equivalent relevant design qualification
• Proven experience of working in a professional creative role within a fast-paced and wide-ranging environment
• A passion and interest in sport and cycling would be preferred
• Expert knowledge in the use of Creative Suite and MacOS
• Expert knowledge of the design process, from brief to final artwork for print/production
• Client facing, strong inter-personal skills
• Line management and mentoring experience
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Ability to handle multiple ongoing projects and prioritise tasks
• Demonstrable experience developing and working with brand guidelines
• Excellent attention to detail required
