The vision at UK Sport is to inspire the nation through Olympic and Paralympic success. Building on the incredible accomplishments of Team GB and ParalympicGB in London, Sochi and Rio, winning over a combined 130 Olympic medals, and over 270 Paralympic medals, we are constantly striving to improve the support provided to our elite athletes, to increase the number of medals and medallists in future Olympic and Paralympic Games. We know transformational leaders, expert Coaches and Practitioners sit at the very heart of this ambition.

We are looking for a Culture Development Project Manager to join us and play an instrumental role in supporting the delivery of a new High Performance Culture strategy positioned within UK Sport’s People Development Team. The purpose of the Strategy is to enable World Class Programmes (WCP’s) and partner organisations to further develop sustainable winning cultures across the UK High Performance System.

The Culture Development Project manager will be responsible for organising, coordinating, managing and supporting the delivery of the Culture Development Strategy. In particular, providing operational excellence in working collaboratively with WCP’s to deliver the system-wide Culture Health Checks and support programmes.
