The Executive Assistant to the Director of Performance will act as the point of contact for the Director and will excel working under pressure whilst maintaining a calm demeanour at all times. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and experienced individual to join an energetic team within the sporting industry.

We’re looking for a dedicated and adaptable team member, with a ‘can do’ and solution focussed attitude to join our Performance Directorate. The ability to balance a demanding workload, work independently and prioritise ruthlessly will be crucial in this position.
You will find it natural to build strong relationships within the organisation and stakeholders using your strong written and oral communication skills. You will have a desire to support and be part of a team who are ambitious, collaborative in nature, and focussed on achieving their mission.
