Job Description – Head of Culture Development, UK SPORT

The Head of Culture Development will lead on the establishment and delivery of a new and proactive Culture Development strategy within UK Sport, which will provide leadership and support to the wider UK High Performance System. The Head of Culture Development will work closely with sports and their World Class Programmes (WCPs), as well as UK Sport’s internal and external stakeholders to enable the adoption and embedding of values, behaviours and practices that promote and support sustainable winning cultures across the UK High Performance System to enable even more success in Pyeongchang, Tokyo and beyond.
