This role as Senior Project Officer is the opportunity you are looking for. We want you to develop and deliver continuous improvement initiatives for programme implementation systems and processes as well as drive efficient and effective ways of working in line with our ISO9001 accreditation to ensure a high-quality experience for participants in Youth Sport Trust Programmes.

The Youth Sport Trust is all about changing lives through sport. We are skilled in the use of physical education, physical activity and sport to unlock young people’s potential; we believe every child has a right to physical literacy, and work tirelessly to increase equality. We have a track record in developing creativity, aspirations, resilience and empathy all through the unique vehicle of sport.

As Senior Project Officer you will manage a team of Project Support Assistants and ensure the effective deployment of each element of our Learning Academy and other programme implementation requirements. This will involve building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, producing key data and information to inform decision making and sharing best practice. You will identify areas for improvement, develop solutions and create concise project plans to introduce more efficient and effective ways of working. Important will be the ability to gain buy-in and embed quality assurance standards across the organisation.
